Cardio/steps while getting work done!
Girls I LOVE this one. The next time you need to get some work done that can be done from your phone, HOP ON THAT STAIRMASTER. Iβve done this while writing blog posts and easily gotten an extra 30-45 minutes of cardio in! π¦
3 days of FULL BODY LIFTS a week
Ladies, stop doing a leg day, arm day, ab and cardio day. You get the best bang for your buck, if you can work your ENTIRE body at every single workout! Here is an example:
Back Squats 4Γ8
Nordic Curls 4Γ6
Lat pull downs 4Γ10
Seated Arnold press 4Γ10
Heavy Hip Thrusts 5Γ5
Ab Rollout 3Γ6

No Fibrous Carbs or Veggies the Day before/ day of being in your bikini! Here is a little show day trick for ya that I follow when competing:Fibrous carbs and veggies are GREAT for your body, metabolism, and function. But they hold a lot of water and they hold it in your GI tract or, STOMACH. So while they are amazing for you at all other times, stay away from them the night before and day of being in your bikini π This will help you with any bloating and give your abs the extra little tightness it needs!
