What you need to know to stay in shape while having an incredible time! ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ™Œ

1. Be active EVERY DAY.โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช

Whether itโ€™s 30 minutes of yoga on the beach, a horseback riding excursion, or walking to the local coffee shop! Get yourself out and ACTIVE enjoying your spot!

2. Keep your meals LIGHT ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅฆ

Think egg white veggie omelet with a piece of fruit or two at the morning buffet โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿณ
Think spinach and chicken panini or salad while youโ€™re out at the local lunch spot ๐Ÿฅ—
Think Mahi Mahi and roasted veggies with a pineapple mango topping sauce when youโ€™re out at the townโ€™s nicest restaurant and order the fish of the night! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ˜
You can still enjoy the locals favorites while choosing to pick healthy options! ๐Ÿ’˜ (and they end up being delicious too ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ™Œ)

3. Limit your alcohol to 1-2 drinks per night ๐Ÿน๐Ÿธ

Listenโ€ฆwe all want to go out and get absolutely smashed while on vacationโ€ฆI get it! But all of those shots you take / drinks in between every meal are FULL of empty calories that will PACK the weight back on, leave you feeling bloated with low energy, and give a nasty hangover that will keep you from enjoying the next days activities. ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ And then we wonโ€™t be feeling very sexy in our bikini will we?
I like to limit my drinks to either 1-2 cocktails at night, or 1 during the day and 1 at night with LOTS of water in between.

4. Remember hydration is key ๐Ÿ”‘ and balance is what will allow you to enjoy yourself while still feeling and having an amazing time ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฅฐ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿ
