Do waist-slimming foods really exist? If so, what are they and how do they work?!

My Ab Nutrition Tips:
– Protein π₯
Has the highest thermic effect at 20-30% when compared to carbs (6-8%) and fat (2-3%).
My Tip: Eat protein at every meal, 25-30g per meal for best results!
Veggies π₯¦π₯π₯π
– Fiber also has a high thermogenic effect, similar to that of protein. Fill your diet with veggies high in fiber to get the most TEF and support a healthy gut & digestion π
My Tip:
25g of fiber per day for females
30g of fiber per day for males
– Water
Beat the Bloat and Optimize Metabolic Function!
Water is involved in almost every single chemical reaction in our body, our metabolic processes being one of them. Adequate Hydration allows your body to let go of excess water causing any bloating or swelling, while proper hydration is imperative to metabolic function!
My Tip: Drink at least half your body weight in oz per day, and increase as needed. π§
– My #1 Tip for Your WAISTLINE: Control Your Calories! π₯
If you have more than 5 lbs to lose, start tracking your calories everyday as well as tracking your weight. If youβre eating 1,700 calories and your weight is going up, you know itβs too much! Decrease your calories until your weight stabilizes, and then subtract 500 from there.
500Γ7 days = 3,500 calories. 3,500 calories = 1 lb of fat per week
Use these nutrition tips daily and enjoy watching your waistline shrink as well as all of the other benefits eating nutritious foods bring!
