Girls, our energy in life shapes how we approach and do EVERYTHING. Which means, a lack of it will have some serious negative side effects. Consider this, say you had the desire to start losing weight, so you ponder what you could start doing to achieve this, but as soon as one more thing is on your to-do list you feel completely overwhelmed, chop it up to “I have no time for this” and never even consider it. Or for example you do start a weight loss journey, only to be convincing yourself to go to the gym when you’re sleep deprived, hungry, and stressed. Not going to work out too well is it?

Our energy is our foundation for everything else. Our mood, our motivation, our discipline, etc. This is why I talk about increasing it so much! If you have been wanting to increase your energy levels naturally, here are some things you can do!

When it comes to sleep, the amount and quality of sleep we get each night determines how we feel the next morning. Prioritizing a sleep schedule will make sure we wake up feeling refreshed and energized to take on our day!

Lastly, fuel your body with healthy and vibrant nutrition and exercise and your body will have the tools to produce healthy and vibrant energy! ☀️🌺
Think muscle repairing and metabolism boosting healthy proteins 🥘, fueling/ steady digesting carbohydrates 🍉🥦, and hormone optimizing fats 🥑! Proper nutrition will give you the energy to function throughout the day just like it would to get you through a marathon. 💦

And finally, Exercise done daily and especially in the morning ☀️will give you a natural energy & mood boost as well as ensure a healthy and strong body inside and out! 💪🌺🍑
